  3P Learning has reached the final stages of the prestigious BETT Awards 2012 in three categories; ICT Company of the Year, ICT Exporter of the Year and Primary Digital Content for the Spellodrome resource.
Designed by educators, Spellodrome is a teaching and learning tool that is designed to improve spelling through key strategies. By creating a supportive and stimulating environment that relies on play and practice,Spellodrome offers a motivating online learning resource which can help to meet the needs of all learners when developing literacy skills.
Spellodrome features a range of games designed toconsolidate learning and help to develop a range of spelling strategies by providing opportunities to see and hear words in context. Students can also play live Spellodrome, which promotes speed and accuracy through global competition, much like 3P Learning’s flagship learning platform, Mathletics. Through wordlists, teachers can personalise learning by creating spelling groups and assigning bespoke words to classes, while the printable Spellodrome worksheets are ideal for spelling group activities.

in the Primary Digital Content category at the BETT Awards 2012 As Spellodrome is accessible 24/7, students can complete activities at school or home, with performance data for each student and class recorded and stored in an online teacher mark book, enabling teachers to address the needs of individuals. As the data is able to flow between school and home, parents and carers are provided with detailed feedback about their child’s progress.

The BETT Awards recognise outstanding educational products and learning solutions, and are seen as the most prestigious in the sector. Finalists have been selected from a very competitive pool of entrants across a breadth of categories. The winners of each category will be announced at a galadinner at the London Hilton on 11 January 2012, the first day of BETT 2012.

3P Learning will be exhibiting on Stand P27 (Mathletics) and Stand C66 (Reading Eggs) at BETT 2012, which takes place from 11 - 14 January at Kensington Olympia, London.
