Have you visited the Guidance and Research section of bee-it yet?

Launched earlier this year, this area features a constantly evolving bank of resources and information, including ‘how to’ articles by teachers, for teachers, a range of Becta documentation, and guidance documents from a variety of other sources, including local authorities and industry experts.

All of the documents in the Guidance and Research section are available to view online or download and, as with the rest of the bee-it website, this section of bee-it is completely free of charge to use!

The Guidance and Research section of bee-it is designed to be teacher-driven for the most part so if you’ve written guidance on anything to do with using technology in education and would like to share this useful information with others, click here to get in touch with the bee-it team or click on the 'Upload Document' button in the Guidance and Research section.

The most recent addition to the Guidance and Research section is from regular bee-it contributor, Neil Williams and is entitled ‘Privacy and Control: Facebook and General Social Networking Guidance’. To read this useful how-to guide which tackles various privacy aspects of social networking, including guidance on how teachers can successfully use Facebook in both their private and professional lives, click here

If you have any documents you would like to add to this section of bee-it, click here to visit the Guidance and Research section, or send an email to the bee-it team. For further assistance or questions about the Guidance and Research section, call 020 334 6606.
