European educational content and services company, Infinitas Learning, has completed the acquisition of UK-based LJ Create Ltd.
As a leading digital educational solutions provider in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM), LJ Create serves schools, colleges and industry both nationally and internationally through its long-established US subsidiary and global distributor network.
Founded in 1979, privately-owned LJ Create develops and provides multi-lingual, blended learning teaching resources in the form of fully integrated hardware, software and rich e-learning content ranging from topic and subject-specific learning solutions through to complete classroom management systems for science, technology and mathematics curricula. Key clients include the State of Texas, Government of Mexico, Black Country UTC and Swale Skill Centre in Kent. Infinitas Learning intends to utilise this innovative digital learning content to further strengthen and expand its market-leading position in vocationally-oriented subjects within Europe as well as the US and other key geographies.
